A Starry Affair At Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan Showcase
Ace designer Manish Malhotra showcased his new summer collection on Sunday and many celebs came around to show their support. This time around, Mijwan 2017 had Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma walk the ramp in the designer’s latest collection as showstoppers.
This is the sixth installment in his fabulous hat, as Manish Malhotra has been working with the Mijwan Welfare Society NGO for the last 6 years. This NGO works towards female empowerment — what a great way to commemorate the upcoming women’s day celebrations.
Spotted showing support for Bollywood’s fave designer were celebs such as Sushmita Sen, Saiyami Kher, Kajol, Huma Qureshi, Sridevi, and many more. Both Konkana Sen Sharma and Nandita Das chose to wear hand-woven sarees and gold-toned potli bags. Kajol, Saiyami, Huma, and Amyra sported…you guessed it, in Manish Malhotra ensembles.
