This App Will Ensure You’re Never Thirsty!

Raise your hand if, at some point, you’ve been at the receiving end of a massive lecture on hydration. You know the one where everyone and their grandmother preaches about how you need to increase your water intake and how water is the cure for whatever ails you. It’s the universal problem solver, I mean, you could also throw water on an annoying ex and it’ll help. Right?
So, as Fitness Month comes to an end, I’m rooting for one last hurrah with the WaterMinder app. Launch the app and you’ll be greeted by a clean, easy-to-use UI that’s refreshingly minimalistic. Once you’ve created your profile, you can create a hydration goal either on the basis of your weight (which I recommend) or your personal needs. WaterMinder’s non-intrusive reminders ensure you’re sipping through the day, rather than guzzling gallons in a single sitting.
I personally love the fact that if you diligently log your intake, you’ll soon have historical data on your hydration. You can use this to figure out how to improve your habits and move closer to your goal. I use this feature to figure out my progress, and let me tell you, seeing that “Goal achieved” badge makes me feel like such a saint, even if I may have cheated on my diet with a pizza.
