#Appturday: The Revofit App Will Help You Get Fit AF
Tired of using the same ol’, boring apps? Keep up with the hottest new app launches and rediscover old favourites with Appturday! Appturday’s a weekly post from our Social Media Editor where she rants, raves, and shares the apps she’s currently into. We’re talking about the Revofit App today!
Remember how you resolved to get fitter in 2017? Yeah, I did too and, between you and me, I’ve done absolutely nothing towards achieving my #Fitspo goals. Since it’s never too late to get started on those fitness revolutions, let me tell you about Revofit, the cool new app I’ll be using on my journey.
Revofit is a one-stop destination for fitness, it’s essentially the app version of that friend we all have who is majorly into fitness! You know, the one who will help you modify your diet, tell you the difference between goblin squats and barbell squats, and will remind you to drink water.
Once you sign up, you are required to fill out a detailed questionnaire. The kind that asks you your weight and height, diseases and eating habits, and other standard stuff. After this, you get the dreaded BMI ‘Report Card’, the horror which not only assesses your BMI, but kicks off the process of providing health advice! YEAY!
The app’s user interface is divided into 4 tabs, namely: Plan, Move, Eat, and Shop. Plan is your answer to calorie counting, Move is a repository of easy-to-follow workout videos, and Eat has some delicious looking recipes that are calorie counted. Based on the time of the day, you’re given diet suggestions that are quick and easy. Like any self-respecting shopaholic, I was instantly drawn to the Shop tab, a rich marketplace that’s stocks good health food, equipment, and other fitness necessities.
I absolutely love how Revofit combines all 3 facets of health into one easy-to-use app — it’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of the process of getting healthy. So go ahead and try this haute new app, it’s Hauterfly approved, after all.
