Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Will Donate Their Wedding Gifts To THIS Cause, And We Totally Support!

The thing with weddings is that you never know what to gift the happy couple. Do you go with wall clocks that they would then re-gift to someone else? Or do you give them something hideous for the home that they will never display? Thank god for wedding registries! They take away the stress, and you get to buy the couple something they actually want. But if the couple is a royal couple, buying them a wedding gift can be a whole different ball game.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are all set to tie the knot on May 19, helped everyone out by announcing that they do not want to receive gifts, and would instead like people to donate to charities. They don’t only look amazing, they are really nice people too!

One of the charities on the list is the Mumbai-based Myna Mahila Foundation. The charity’s website says that it aims to ‘employ women from urban slums in Mumbai to manufacture and sell affordable sanitary pads back into their communities, improving menstrual hygiene, providing stable employment, and building a trusted network.’

This is such a need of the hour, and we can’t be more excited that the soon-to-be-wed royal couple added this one to their registry! They totally have our thumbs-up!
