Healthy Mid-Meal Recipes For Guilt-Free Snacking!

When you are on the 9-to-5 grind, planning a meal is the last thing on your mind. Fret not ladies, these quick snack recipes will help you stay on top of your game when it comes to your health, as well as your waist line!

Healthy snacks are not that difficult to make, at least if you’re not comparing it to opening up a bag of baked chips and devouring it in front of the TV set. Here are three snack recipes that require no cooking, and you can put them together at anytime you feel hungry, and not feel guilty at all. A win-win.

1. Fruit Parfait

Things you will need:

  • Fruit
  • Yogurt
  • Granola

Stack all your favorite fruits, yogurt, and granola layer by layer in a glass, and you are all set to dive into this Insta-worthy healthy snack! Plus, it looks like you are totally living the #fitlife

 

2. Apple Sandwich

Things you will need:

  • Apple
  • Peanut Butter

Steps to follow:

Cut the apples into thin slices and remove the pit from the centre. Then, spread peanut butter on it and top it up with another slice of apple to make a sandwich. This gets eaten up pretty quickly so grab one first before you offer it around.

 

3. Nutella Banana Roll

Things you will need:

  • Bread
  • Nutella
  • Banana

Steps to follow:

Roll out the bread in order to make it flat and spread some Nutella on it. By some, of course, we mean lots of it. Layer it with chunks of banana and granola. Finally, roll it up and cut it into bite size pieces.
