We’re *Sorta* Obsessed With This Tabla Cover Of Game Of Thrones!
Besides the show itself, the title track of A Game Of Thrones is so fabulous that even though it doesn’t have any lyrics you can’t help but hum the tune each time you watch the show. And being the obsessive person that I am, I take my love of the title track to the next level by looking for various versions on YouTube. My favourite so far is the Boyce Avenue Game Of Thrones cover. That is, until I heard Karan Deshmukh’s tabla cover version earlier today.
If you like music as much as I do, you’re going to play this one on loop for a while for sure. It’s so catchy, you can’t help but be mesmerised by the fact that a percussion instrument can produce such a tune! With Season 6 of A Game Of Thrones starting tonight on Star World, Deshmukh released this one at just the perfect time, no? He’s giving GOT fans something to listen to while patiently colouring the A Game Of Thrones colouring book!
