Shaken, Not Stirred: End Your Day With This Quick Martini Recipe!

Today, June 19, is celebrated as World Martini Day around the globe and yes, the #HauteSquad celebrated in style too.

The folks at Terttulia, a cute European eatery in Mumbai, invited us over and we got a chance to learn how to make a quick and tasty martini. The Japanese Ginger Martini can be made in under a minute, and is the perfect accompaniment to your dinner tonight. This is how you unwind after a long Monday in style!

Ingredients:

  • Chilled glass
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 5/10 ml ginger syrup
  • 60 ml vodka
  • 3-4 slices of Japanese ginger

Method: Put all the ingredients into a shaker, except the vodka and ginger. Shake, shake, and shake some more! Frost a glass with a bunch of ice cubes. Now take the glass and add the slices of ginger, pour the syrup, and add the vodka. Done!
