The restaurant’s menu has been curated by Executive Chef Sanyo Vaz, along with Kartikeya Ratan (Keya), a chef who was part of the team at New York’s 3-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park. It is divided into 5 broad sections, making it easier for you to order what you like (or not). The first is the Bar Nibbles portion that has dishes that will complement you drinks perfectly. Caramelised Spiced Nuts (served in 4 different flavours); Chorizo, Charred Chorizo and American Cheddar served in a can; and Gravlax, house-cured salmon gravlax with dill mustard dressing are just some of the names in this section.

Next come the Short Eats and, as the name suggests, it is all about starters. Four different types of Tacos include Pulled Cumin Jackfruit, Stuffed Jalapeno, Chicken Tenders, and Baja Fish served in house-made, soft tortillas made of corn, black rice, and millet flours, and accompanied by guacamole and pico de gallo, are one of the specialities. Other dishes include Chicken Spwings, spicy chicken wings inspired by Mission Chinese, a favoured Sichuan eatery on New York’s Lower East Side; Corn Dogs, corn batter-coated hot dogs fried to a crispy golden brown, served with a spicy barbecue sauce and mustard mayo; and Cheese and Charcuterie platters.

The third section is for all you health freaks out there. These dishes promise to be tasty yet nutritious. What else do you need? I mean, where else would we want to eat a bowl full of grains? The Grain Story is an all-grain bowl served with curried cauliflower couscous, charred fennel salad, seared Brussels sprouts, roasted kale chips, and pesto bocconchini.
