#HauteSpaces: India Circus’s First Store Is Where You Will Find Your Quirky Quotient
Who doesn’t love a pretty home/work space? I know the answer to that one. So now, every week, I will go in search for the most stunning indoor spaces in our country that will inspire the inner decorator in you. Unique, colourful, or quirky, these photo stories are sure to leave you spellbound, like mouth-hanging-open spellbound. If you know or use a space that fits the description, ping me and we can chat! It can be anything from a home to an office, a studio to a restaurant — if it is fun, I’m game.
When one of your favourite online décor sites opens a store in your city, you can’t help but sit up and take notice. I know, everything is available online, but the charm of being able to touch and feel the products in a tactile manner before buying them is evergreen.
Krsnaa Mehta has opened the first flagship store of India Circus in Mumbai, and it is huge. Basically, 1,300 sq.ft. of greatness.
The quirky online portal was launched 5 years ago, and today, it makes its retail debut. Situated in the posh locale of Kalaghoda in Mumbai, it perfectly complements the old, classy Bombay charm of the area.
Though the interiors have been kept subtle and simple, the store will definitely attract attention for its good vibes and must-buy wares.
Giving the colourful, vibrant products a chance to stand out and show their magic, the space has been washed in white and brown hues. The current trend of drop lights has been used beautifully to maintain a soothing effect.
Divided into 3 parts, the store has a retail space where you can buy the products, a private consulting room where the expert will help you decorate your homes, and a coffee table where you can indulge in discussions and do some serious brainstorming.
Talking about the coffee table, the wall that surrounds it has been painted in a gorgeous blue and will surely be your favourite part of the space too.
So, go ahead and visit the store to buy mugs, pillows, bedsheets, chairs, and so much more, to create a home that not only you will love, but everyone who visits will too.
