Celebrities Meet Their Younger Selves In Instagram Illustrations!
I don’t know about you, but I’m an ardent lover of illustrations. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I can’t draw to save my life? It somehow makes me appreciate people who have the ability to create perfection with their skilled hands. This is exactly why I went bonkers when I came across this set of super cool illustrations by Colombian artist Fulvio Obrégon, on Instagram. This talented illustrator has created a new project titled Me & My Other Me — Yo & My Otro Yo. The project includes a set of illustrations featuring legendary celebrities standing next to their younger selves and it’s awesome!
The idea behind this project was to capture the smallest of details in both versions, young and old. From the smug smile on Robert De Niro’s face to the way in which Steve Jobs stood with his hands inside his pockets, Obrégon wanted to bring out the similarities in the celebrities both then and now. And I must say, he’s done a fabulous job!
