Summer Fitness Series: 5 Body Sculpting Exercises For A Bikini Bod!

Welcome to the second part of our Summer Fitness Series, in this tutorial you will sculpt and tone your body. Want a bikini-ready body?  Get started already! Follow Hannah and Kreena as they get your adrenaline pumping and get your butt  into shape with these 5 body sculpting exercises. You can even do them at home!

This Body Sculpting routine consists of:

  • 5 exercises
  • 30 secs exercise
  • 30 secs rest

These exercises are broken down into beginner and advanced versions, so aim to do whichever one you are comfortable with. Your goal is to do 3 rounds of the following exercises.
