#TuesdayShoesday: 10 White Shoes To Spend Your Salary On!
It’s almost the beginning of a new month and pay day is just a few hours away. And what better way to celebrate than treating yourself to a pair of brand new shoes! You know, the one fool-proof way to get a high-impact look is by wearing a non-black pair of sandals. And no, I am not asking you to try all the colours od the spectrum on your feet. If you want some drama minus the flair, slip into a pair of white sandals.
If you’re in the know about all the happenings on the runway (of course you do, if you’re reading Hauterfly on the daily!), you’ll recall that Alexander Wang’s final Balenciaga collection featured top-to-toe white ensembles. And that’s exactly where I got my inspiration from for this week’s #TuesdayShoesday post. While Wang’s show comprised lacy slides that one would typically wear while in a room at a high-end hotel, my curated list is specifically about 10 white sandals that your shoe closet must have.
I’ve added everything from studded flats to sky-high stilettos, block heels, and even wedges. Try on a white pantsuit with a pair of white stilettos for an all-white-everything look, or just channel your feminine side by wearing a monochrome wrap dress with white studded flats. You could also wear a pair of white slides with a graphic tee and denims; pick what you’re comfortable in.
