The Week In Style
If you haven’t realised it yet, the madness that is fashion week began on Wednesday this week, and that’s why today you’re going to spot a lot of celebrities wearing their favourite creations in support of their favourite designers who showcased their new collections this week. Don’t worry, that’s not all we have for you — those who weren’t at fashion week were spotted for movie promotions or on red carpets and, as usual, they brought their A-game when it came to style.
Let’s begin with how it was about giving fashion an Indian voice this week — we spotted Sonam Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan, and Mini Mathur in ethnically inspired ensembles, some which were pure Indian, while others had a fusion twist to it. Tamannaah Bhatia dolled up just like a princess this week, where she was seen wearing a white dress first and then glitter co-ords next. Talking about co-ords, we really liked what Daisy Shah was wearing — that striped crop top along with the culottes looked so adorable…don’t worry, we didn’t miss her cute half bun either.
Doing things a little differently this time around was Taapsee Pannu, who looked pretty off-beat in a boxy silhouette. Wearing a bandhgala paired with denims, this look was different from what she usually goes for. Don’t we all love a bodycon dress? Well, Sonakshi’s grey midi by Lulu & Sky could be your perfect go-to!
