Adidas Is Once Again Ahead Of The Curve With Its Latest Launch
Adidas is constantly striving to push the envelope with their creations, and they’ve done it again with the launch of the UltraBOOST Uncaged Parley running shoe. 7,000 pairs of this revolutionary product has been released, the first-ever mass-produced shoe created using plastic waste from the cleanup and coastal interception of the Parley Ocean near the Maldives, recycled polyester and plastic bottles. Can you say eco-friendly?
The shoe’s Primeknit upper has been created with the patented Parley Ocean recycled plastic, and the base, laces, heel cap, inner lining, etc., have also all been manufactured using recycled materials. Aesthetically, the designs resonates with the waves of the ocean, to tell the story of its creation and the brand’s commitment to end oceanic pollution.
The best part of this product is that no compromise has been made in its quality or performance as a running shoe — the state-of-the-art technology used has ensured that the recycled raw materials have been upcycled to create a sturdy, solid product. The UltraBoost works in all weather types, gives your foot ample support with every flex, and hey, looks pretty good too.
A dependable running shoe that looks good and cares for the environment — we can’t wait.
