10 Pairs Of Jhumkas That Add An Indian Touch To Your Style

10 Pairs Of Jhumkas That Add An Indian Touch To Your Style

When it comes to costume jewellery or, as we like to call it, fashion or junk jewellery, I am a collector. I have recently developed an obsession with Indian jewellery, especially earrings! And I am not talking about the ones with truckloads of jewels, gems, and bling on it, but rather about the delicate danglers.

These Indian-ethnic earrings sort of fall under the term ‘boho’ internationally and when paired with western clothing, they give off a gorgeous fusion vibe.

If you’re anything like me and don’t own a whole lot of kurtis, patialas, or salwars, then you know that wearing jhumkas with a pair of jeans works equally well — you know, boho chic, if you know what I mean.

Whether you want to style yourself like Anushka Sharma from ADHM, or even go full-out desi, when it comes to earrings, you cannot give jhumkas a miss. They’re just uber stylish, aren’t they?

If you were to define Indian earrings in one word, it would be jhumkas. These bell-shaped danglers are must-haves — whether you wear a lot of ethnic wear or not! Scroll down to take your pick — we’ve got different sizes and shapes, danglers and studs.

Also, how can I not end this with the obvious — Jhumka Gira Re!
