1 Piece, 3 Ways: The Bieber-Fever Ensemble
It started off with a rumour, then developed into a concert, and recently, metamorphosed into this full-fledged phenomena that has certainly taken over our lives, both virtually and IRL. Belieber or not, you just CANNOT ignore the fact that teen popstar, Justin Bieber, will be charming India with his voice tomorrow.
No, it ain’t no normal concert, y’all — with the list of so-called requests this ‘diva’ demanded, one would only hope it’s not JUST another performance. I mean, if he’s being treated like royalty, his showcase should come studded with diamonds…don’t you think?
The Love Yourself singer will be performing at DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai, tomorrow, and if you’re going to the concert (which I am guessing you will be), here’s how you can style your outfit. They’re JB-appropriate and totally comfortable — since you will be dancing to his tunes (pun intended, you know…’cause of his demands).
The t-shirt we’ve used for this edit is a Justin Bieber sleeveless tee available at Only.
1. FUN GRUNGE ROCK
I know JB doesn’t really fall under the ‘rock’ genre, but this ensemble works for any concert — especially if you’re going to watch a popstar. Okay with strutting in a pair of block heels? Well then, this one is for you.
Pair your block heels with a pair of leggings and a muscle tee, and you’ve got your rockstar-chic on. An aztec printed fringed sling would be a great addition to tie in that festival look together.
2. GIRLY CHIC
Sticking to basics, pair your Justin Bieber tee with a classic denim skirt. You want to put comfort over everything, but that doesn’t mean you compromise on your style.
A pair of espadrilles would probably be your best choice of footwear with this look. Try not to wear open-toed sandals, mainly because you’re going to have your little piggy smashed by fellow over-enthusiastic Beliebers. Throw on a little jewellery to add that girly element to it — a pair of hoops would work best!
3. COSY COMFORT
Here’s an effortless attempt to take what’s already in your cupboard and throw them together — fashionista style. A muscle tee works really well when worn with a pair of classic denims, and ripped jeans work even better. Tuck in your tee if you’d like to give it that rustic retro vibe.
Since you are looking at comfort, take your beloved white-sneakers and turn your look into a sporty-chic one. Keeping with the slightly retro vibe, take a pretty hairband and push your hair back with it. Finish it up by carrying a cute backpack, instead of a sling or satchel.
