Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup of Quaker Oats
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toppings of your choice (almonds/honey)

How to make it:

Mix up all your ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. If you don’t want to do that, make sure to refrigerate it for at least three solid hours. Stir it with a spoon at regular intervals to build up the creamy consistency. You can add a bit of milk or even some honey, for the same. Top it with chopped raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder to garnish.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup of Quaker Oats
  • 3/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

Here’s how to make it:

Add the oats, milk, and chocolate syrup in a bowl. Wait until the oats soak up all the milk, making sure you stir occasionally. Once that’s done, top the bowl of oats with freshly cut, juicy strawberries and a generous helping of chocolate syrup to garnish.

This is an extremely easy bowl to whip up. All of you have to do is combine the ingredients in a blender and mix it well. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate it overnight. Top it with some freshly cut bananas, a drizzle of honey, and some chopped nuts to garnish. It’s such a wonderful breakfast treat!

This recipe brings the goodness of oats mixed with the rich health benefits of dates. A smattering of chocolate shavings can be added to the recipe to keep your little ones happy.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup Quaker Oats
  • ¼ cup of pitted and chopped dates
  • Drinking chocolate powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • A handful of hazelnuts

Here’s how to make it:

Combine the dates, oats, drinking chocolate powder and a pinch of salt into a microwaveable container. Pour in water bit by bit and keep stirring. Pop it into the oven for about 5 minutes, then stir again. Once you’re happy with the consistency, garnish with some chopped dates and hazelnuts for an energy-packed breakfast!
