Scherezade Shroff’s Top 10 Beauty Products She Can’t Do Without

As avid beauty junkies, we’re always curious about what other people are using and loving. And if you’ve been following YouTube bloggers in India, one name that stands out is that of Scherezade Shroff. So we decided to hit up the blogger, vlogger, model and lawyer (phew!) for her current favourite beauty hits. Read to know why she loves them and where to score her haul.

 

1. Medimix Soap (Rs 35)

I have dry, combination skin that’s really sensitive. And after a lot of trial and error, I’ve found my Holy Grail product in Medimix soap. I’ve been using it for over seven years now and it really helps to calm my skin. I find that it’s the only soap my skin can tolerate and use it to wash my face too. It might be too drying for other people, but I like my skin to feel dry rather than oily. Since I travel a lot through the day, I don’t know of any other product that helps keeps sebum in check.

 

2. Clinique’s 3-step System (Rs 3,200)

Since my skin behaves so much better now, I’ve taken a chance with switching up my skin care routine a little bit. I’ve switched up my Medimix-on-face regime with the 3-Step System from Clinique. I’ve been using their face wash, toner, and moisturiser for the last three months and it hasn’t made my skin react badly. I quite like it, it totally works for me.

 

3.La Roche-Posay Anthelios (Rs 1,666)

I’ve been using the Anthelios sunscreen by La Roche-Posay for over three years now. I can’t stand heavy formulations so I really like that this sunscreen is really light. It works really well for my active lifestyle.

 

4. Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Rose (Rs 459)

I’ve been using this Tinted Lip Balm from Burt’s Bees for nearly a year now and I really like it; I don’t see any reason to switch it up so I’m going to continue using it. I’m not the kind of person who tries out every new product that’s launched because everyone is using it. If I like a product, I stick with it.

 

5. Benefit Benetint Cheek & Lip Stain (Rs 3,490)

I love this lip and cheek tint since it is quite close to my natural colour. It adds just a flush of pink to my cheeks and lips, which is about as much colour as I need for a regular day. I don’t even need a mirror to apply it.

 

6. Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara (Rs 2,544)

I’m already blessed with long lashes, so I don’t like anything major going on there. I love the Smokey Eye Mascara by Bobbi Brown since it enhances what I already have without being overly dramatic.

 

7. Chanel Rouge Coco in Cambon (Rs 2,484)

I am not very big on make-up, but I like really like lipsticks. I love Cambon from Chanel because it has a lovely pink tone that works quite well for my skin colour. Generally, I prefer matte lipsticks over shiny ones. However, I am not rigid about this if the colour is lovely.

 

8. Kara Refreshing Facial Wipes (Rs 40)

These are the best facial wipes one can get here. I like to use them as a make-up remover as well as to freshen up my face. They are handy, so I like to carry a pack with me when I’m travelling.

 

9. Bioderma Sensibio H2O (Rs 599)

I’ve been using this micellar water for a couple of years now. It gets everything off without leaving behind any oil or residue. It is fresh and light, which is why I like it.

 

10. Avene Thermal Spring Water Spray (Rs 550)

This bottle of goodness is my instant pick-me-up when I’m travelling. I don’t need any foundation or powder to feel or look fresh. Just a few spritzes of Avene’s Thermal Spring Water and I’m good to go!
