Rihanna’s Beauty Line Is Almost Here And We Can’t Contain Our Excitement!
Rihanna is always dialled into the most cutting-edge in beauty. The fashion and beauty world, at large, look to her edgy nails and red carpet beauty looks to predict upcoming trends. And, as if it wasn’t enough that the singer and business mogul launched her sellout fragrances and M.A.C. collections, she went and started Fr8me: an agency to manage beauty talent. She signed on big names for her agency and recruits everyone from celebrity artists to upcoming talent with big online followings.
Last April, the beauty trendsetter announced her own beauty line, Fenty Beauty. Ever since the announcement, she’s maintained radio silence on the launch.
Until yesterday, that is. We finally got to see a sneak peek into her first 2 launches. Unfortunately, the images were immediately deleted from the @fentybeautyofficial Instagram. They teased us with a holographic lip in baby pink, something like what her models wore for the Fenty X Puma fashion show last season.
Her global director will be Erik Soto, who is also the global artistry director for Marc Jacobs and Kat Von D, under the LVMH group. And judging from his Instagram, he’s looking for some artists to represent the brand. The brand will be available at Sephora from this coming fall.
