Get The Look: Kangana’s Feline Flick Eye Makeup
Kangana Ranaut’s been giving us vintage glam vibes for her Rangoon promotional rounds. Perhaps her looks are an ode to her retro getup in the movie. Or maybe, it’s because glamazon Kangana does vintage best? Either way, we aren’t complaining.
In fact, we’re going to jump onto the bandwagon too and recreate one of her wearable, gorgeous looks from the promotions. Here’s how you can wear Kangana’s feline flicks to perfection. We absolutely love this look created by Daniel Bauer.
Wear a little correcting concealer on your lids to get rid of the appearance of lines, veins, and pigmentation. Always begin on a blank canvas.
Apply a compact powder on your lids to hold the concealer in place and to provide a base to your look.
3. Eye Shadow
Apply a white or cream shadow to your brow bone and to the inner corner of your eye. Then, blend a neutral brown shadow on the outer corner above your crease. Keep the eye shadow light.
Use a sharp-tipped liner and extend a small wing from the outer corner of your eye, upward, towards the outer end of your brows. Then, draw a thin line along your lid, close to your lash line. Draw an upward line from the outer third of your lid and connect it to the line you’ve already made from the end of your eyes towards your brow. Connect it right before the first line ends, so the tip stays sharp. Fill in this space. Use a tiny Q-tip to clean any mess and feel free to add concealer below your wing to make it appear sharper.
#HauteTip: Make sure your brows are done for this look.
Only apply kohl on the outer half of your lower lash line. Make sure the line is connected to your wing.
#HauteTip: Complete the look with a generous coat of mascara.
