Get Deepika Padukone’s Dewy, Bronzed Makeup Look!

Deepika Padukone recently featured in an ad campaign for her fashion line with Myntra: All About You. Looks like Season 1 was a hit and now they’re back with a whole new Autumn / Winter ’17 collection.

While the clothes are a whole other topic, I’m looking at her makeup. Are you? She’s back with big hair and a dewy bronzed face.

It’s about time, because she’s kept it sleek and simple for far too long. So, let’s do it like Deepika and get bronzed!

Milani Prime Light Strobing + Pore-Minimizing Face Primer (Rs 1,170)

1. Primer

Use a hydrating primer that’s made for a dewy look, so it doesn’t matte your skin. Dot it on your face and spread it all over. Ensure the bulk of it is in the middle areas of your face and under your eyes. Of course, this can only be achieved on a cleansed and moisturised face as the perfect canvas.

MIB Professional Make-Up Conceal Cream  (Rs 723)

2. Correcting Concealer

Apply an orange or peach tinged concealer, that’s slightly darker than your skin, on scars and under-eyes. The darker shade and the orange tinge will cover up any pigmentation.

Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation With SPF 45 (Rs 750)

3. Foundation

Choose a sheer, illuminating foundation for this look. Again, this shouldn’t be too matte. You want your skin to look airbrushed and not cakey, so a medium coverage foundation will do the trick.

The Body Shop Brush On Bronze (Rs 1295)

4. Bronzer

Apply a bronzer to the hollows of your cheekbones, your hairline on your forehead, your jawline, and down the sides of your nose. Use a dewy bronzer to achieve this look, not a completely matte and dry one.

NYX Professional Makeup Bright Idea Illuminating Stick – Pinkie Dust (Rs 750)

5. Highlighter

Apply a highlighter to the high points of your cheekbones, the arch of your eyebrows, and the bridge of your nose. Don’t miss out on your cupid’s bow for a sexy pout. Whatever’s leftover on the brush once you’re done with these areas, lightly brush it off on the centre of your forehead and your chin.

#HauteTip: If you’re afraid your skin will get oily, use a sponge and dab some powder on your t-zone and on areas where you easily get open pores.

Makeup Revolution Pro Fix Makeup Fixing Spray (Rs 750)

6. Fixing Spray

Fix and set your look in with a fixing spray that’s made for a dewy look.
