Get Anushka Sharma’s No-Winged Liner Look
We spotted Anushka Sharma out and about with her co-star, Shahrukh Khan, for the promotions of their upcoming movie, Jab Harry Met Sejal.
While I’m one of those people who isn’t too happy about the new Imtiaz Ali film title, if there is one thing I’m happy with, it’s Anushka’s promo looks.
Allia Al Rufai is slaying the style game and I’ve got to say, distressed denims are definitely Anushka’s thing.
But we’re looking at her makeup. She usually keeps it simple, and why not? When you’ve got skin like hers. Celebrity makeup artist, Puneet B Saini, created this look on her.
While her face and lips are super natural, we love the eyes and the fact that it’s a pretty different look. She’s rocking some #nowingedliner eye makeup. Here’s how to get the look.
1. Brows Part 1
Comb your lashes upward and in place with a lash and brow gel to make sure it stays in place, like Anushka’s bold brows.
2. Brows Part 2
Then, use a brow pomade to fill in the gaps. Comb in the direction of your hair.
Since we aren’t doing a wing, start with your inner corner first. Like you should with winged liner, create a small line in the inner corner of your eye and go thicker as you go outwards. Instead of creating a wing, stop at the end of your eye, but make sure it doesn’t end in a block shaped line. Stretch it out ever so lightly and use a cotton bud to wipe the liner, if you end up creating a wing.
Amp up the look with pretty lashes that still give a natural look to the makeup. Instead of full faux lashes, try individual falsies that you can apply just on the corners.
Finish the look off with mascara to blend your falsies with your real lashes and to add extra length for a flawless finish!
